Flat Screen TVs 17000 percent more evil than previously thought

The manufacturing process for flat screen TVs produces a gas that is over 17 thousand times worse than carbon dioxide for global warming. Nitrogen trifluoride wasn't a big player in 1997 when the Kyoto schedule was written, and wasn't included as a Bad Gas. Around 4000 tonnes of NF3 is being produced this year, and 2009 should see output double.
